Saturday Dancing Meditation
Starting with a movement meditation through all our body parts we will then move into our personal dance supported by music leading through the 5 Rhythms. This meditation offers the possibility to reconnect, rebalance and express yourself in the circle of dancers.
Please bring comfortable clothing and something to drink.

Monday Evening Meditation
arrive - revitalize - find new balance
After we have moved our body form our head all the way to our toes I will offer ideas to deepen our experience with the 5 rhythms. The evening is open for everybody who likes to explore her/his own dance in a community of dancers. We arrive, revitalize and find a new balance within ourself - you are very welcome wether you are an experienced dancer or brand new to this work, no matter what age you are.

Holotropic Breathwork in Emmendingen
The holotropic breathwork is a powerful way for self-exploration in order to heal on the emotional, the physical and the soul level. It enables us to get in touch with the depth of our soul and offers us a wide space to express and show ourselves. Through that we may experience a change in our perspective, gain new insights and find unexpected and new ways to be and act in our lives.
This time we offer the holotropic breathwork beginning with getting to know each other on friday evening and the holotropic breathwork itself including sharing on saturday. As requirement you should have done at least one holotropic breathwork experience with a certified GTT- facilitator or a personal conversation with one of us which could be a phone call. It will be intense, compact and with moderate economical effort. The number of participants will be limited to 12.
We are over and over in awe to see how healing these experiences in the breathwork can be - in a way that no human brain could think.

In this seminar each participant will experience one breathing session themselves and will accompany one participant in his/her breathing session.

„Let´s dance" - One Day Workshop
"Let´s dance" is my invitation to you for this day. We will explore each rhythm and our personal dance within. Each rhythm describes a different quality of energy in which we will find our dance. In flowing we connect with our body, staccato is looking for expression, we let our body speak. If we let go in chaos old patterns will start to move and dissolve. In lyrical we may discover the New behind. Stillness gives us space to be with what is.
This workshop is a great possibility to get to know the 5 Rhythms or to deepen your practice. It is a day for you to give space to the non-verbal wisdom within you and to reconnect with yourself and rebalance.
There will be space for exchange and a lunch break. Pleas bring light food for yourself for lunch.
This workshop is made for you in order to explore your own passionate dance - you are very welcome wether you are an experienced dancer or on the dance floor for the first time, no matter what age and fitness you are.....

Directions to the Waldorfschule Emmendingen
The school is located in the Park of the Clinic of psychiatry in Emmendingen. You need to enter the park from the back entrance in order to be able to drive uo to the Landhaus where the dance room is.
From Freiburg: In Emmendingen turn left on the seond traffic lights.First turn in the roundabout into Wiesenstraße. At the end of this road turn right and leave Emmendingen. In the second roundabout take the third exit to Windenreute. On the next crossing you turn left and again the next left to the" Integrative Waldorfschule". Follow this little road and pass the Prakinglot then keep left along the dig (on your right side), cross the dig over the little bridge, after 300 m you will get to the Landhaus and can park directliy in front of the white building.
Comming from Emmendingen: Leave Emmendingen and follow the road to Windenreute. Just before Windenreute turn right to" Integrativen Waldorfschule".
